Established in 1957.

Way back when, just about everyone around Snook, Texas knew "Uncle" John Slovacek. He was a friendly neighbor who just happened to make the best sausage anyone had ever tasted. Soon after a little coaxing from friends and family, John turned professional and opened Slovacek Sausage Company in 1957. Today, owner Tim Rabroker and his staff still make the same great recipes that Uncle John developed so many years ago. You can look for all the great flavors in your local grocery store and can have our products served up to you at many BBQ houses and restaurants across Texas, including Slovacek's in West.
