Smoke & Spice Maui

Featuring slow smoked meats cooked over 100% Kiawe wood with every item on our menu made entirely from scratch. Smoke & Spice Maui is a BBQ operation started in Kihei by Chef John with our Klose offset smoker. After 4 years as a successful caterer, we have now expanded to a 30 foot trailer with a custom built wood-fired smoker. Everything has been done entirely from scratch since the start and we are expanding hours and days of operation.
