Studio offers a variety of private, duet and group classes ranging from beginner, open level, core and flexibility to more advanced cardio classes. The private Pilates sessions can be custom tailored to meet your fitness goals. We specialize in back pain, postural work, Pre and Post natal, rotational sports ( golf, tennis) as well as post rehab. We also have Power Plate express custom sessions, trx incorporation, ki-hara and assisted manual therapy. SoBe Pilates has a highly educated and qualified team of instructors who have the knowledge and experience in their given method of training. Our teachers are PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified.
