Som Za Thai

Som Za is a bitter orange in Thailand (Citrus x aurantium), The color represents the freshness and the taste represents sour and sweet which is the fundamental taste senses in Thai kitchen - Sour, Sweet, Salty, Bitter, and Spicy.  Som Za Thai Cuisine ; we are a small family business since 2017 (cooked by the owner). We have many of popular Thai and Asian Dishes such as Curries, Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Fried Rice, and also others Asian ; Orange chicken, Teriyaki, Pho, Ramen etc. Our food style is kind of simple, comfort food and Thai-Asian fusion with local ingredients (we are not really authentic food). and also with variety of options in ingredients, spiciness, food allergy, vegetarian, gluten free etc. Hope you enjoy it.
