Southerland Custom Builders was founded in 1981 by Charles M. Southerland. Chuck attended The University Of Akron where he earned a BA in Civil Engineering in 1986. Since then, SCB has grown to become one of the premier builders of custom homes, remodels and additions in Northeast Ohio.
