About Us Southeastern Physical Therapy works closely with Southeastern Sports Medicine and Pardee Hospital in providing the most experienced sports medicine outreach program in the area. Serving 10 high schools and middle schools, we are the leaders in providing preventative care and on-site medical care to athletes of WNC. Founded in 1999, we are proud of our long term commitment and service to the Buncombe County School System. Southeastern leads the way in sports physical therapy and physical therapy in Western North Carolina; treating orthopedic, muscular, bone and joint injuries, ailments and pain.
