We provide affordable, affirming, and inclusive health and wellness services at our clinic and in our community. Our quality services include primary care, mental health care, testing, treatment, and education through a compassionate and holistic approach that centers the needs of our clients who have historically been excluded from care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, and most major commercial insurances. For those without insurance, the Southwest Center has low self-pay rates to ensure you can be seen.
