Chef Aim, is best known for her complex curries and weekly specials that range from New Zealand Rack of lamb covered in a Thai Basil sauce to Giant Prawns smothered in one of her curries. Some customers come in weekly for their one 'get my fix' dish, will others experiment across the entire menu. Spoon also specialize in a seasonal boutique winelist and some mighty fine cocktails.
