We have classes for kids, teens, and adults; and special classes for our awesome Karate kids aged 4+ Teens and Adults through 55+. Students can take one or several class per week, depending on the program you choose, your schedule, and your personal goals. Our kids have fun, gain confidence, make new friends, get exercise, work on physical coordination, learn life skills, and are rewarded for positive behavior. Our teens and adults are also challenged physically, engage in safe competition, and enjoy a healthy and positive social network
