Stuart S. Golding Company was founded by Stuart S. Golding, a leading shopping center developer in Florida and Massachusetts.  Loren Pollack joined the company in 1964.  When the company was acquired by U.S. Home Corporation in 1971, it became known as U.S.H. Properties Corporation and served as the commercial division for the company.
