Welcome to STAMINA: Executive Training & SPINNING® Center of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. STAMINA is a state-of-the-art, higher end gym that Fort Lauderdale has been missing. We put our clients, members, trainers, and residents first. We’re conveniently located in the Elan 16Forty Apartment Complex on the first floor next to the leasing office. When you come to exercise, our staff is always friendly, our gym is always clean, we always have ample parking space, and there is never a wait. Our equipment is designed for all fitness levels. STAMINA carries all brand new top-of-the-line LifeFitness® equipment. Our cardio equipment includes LifeFitness® treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary recumbent bikes, a water rower machine and a Power Mill®; and 9 SPINNER® Blade Ions. STAMINA is the only gym in Fort Lauderdale with the SPINNER® Blade Ion and thus is the only gym in the area to offer the future of the SPINNING® program SPINPower® classes and individual instruction. With SPINPower® we can train both athletic performance and weight loss with scientific accuracy.
