In 1996 Jim Stewart started Disaster Control Systems after working as a general contractor specializing in insurance claims since 1984. DCS has been a leading insurance construction and roofing company ever since. In 2015 as Jim began to retire and Mike Stewart his son took over they changed to Stewart Concepts as they began to broaden their services to include more remodels, custom homes, investment properties and light commercial construction.
