Studio Blue

Studio Blue is a boutique studio offering fully private pilates training for athletes, people recovering from back pain or injury, or if you just want to get the sculpted, strong, flexible body that comes from Pilates. More than 30 mat classes, beginner to advanced and 15 Group Reformer classes each week. We are a BASI (Body Arts & Sciences International) Pilates teacher training facility, offering teacher trainings 1-2 times per year. With high ceilings and skylights, our mat room offers a beautiful space with an abundance of natural light. There is free parking underneath our building; 4 restrooms and a private shower are also available. Come see our beautiful studio on NW 22nd and Pettygrove. We also offer 7-day Pilates retreats annually. Past retreats have been held in Italy, Mallorca, Costa Rica and Mexico.
