Mel brings over 20 years of experience Mel grew up in Roslindale and is a proud graduate of ST Clare High School and the Washington Irving Middle School, both on Cummings Highway. Mel also graduated from Blaine Hair School and Fisher College and has practiced the artistry of transformation for over 20 years. Mel has worked at some of the top salons in the area, including Fresh Hair, Jamaica Plain. In 2017 Mel established Studio M in the heart of Roslindale and created a space where she could bring her creative vision to life. She extends this passion to her clients in a upscale, yet warm environment. Studio M is where happiness meets creativity. It’s walking distance to the major commerce area and easily accessible via public transportation, both bus and commuter rail.
