Sugar Blush

I'm Amy, owner and creator of Sugar Blush.  I was born and raised a midwest girl, but moved to Dallas, Texas in 2013 when my husband's job relocated.  I was completely devastated to leave behind all our Midwest family and friends, but I gotta say now I'm proud to be a Texan and never want to leave!!  I'm married with 2 children, Lachlan and Makenzie.  I take more photos of them then you can imagine and try not to overshare, but you'll definitely see them if you follow my work!My story is similar to many other photographers.  Once I had children, my passion for photography just exploded.  I wanted to capture and savor every little moment and feeling with my kids.  I've taken numerous workshops, classes, mentoring, etc. so I can continue to learn and find my own style.  I recently left the corporate world in early 2018 and am pouring everything into this business. My hope is to capture heartfelt, beautiful moments that your family will always have to look back on. One of my favorite aspects of this job is meeting new people and just being silly hanging with kids, so don't be shy and reach out to me!  I'm very laid back, friendly, and would love to chat!
