We take pride in our workmanship and livability of each project we build. Sullivan Williams Homes is a second generation home builder. Eric Williams grew up in the the home of a custom builder,Richard Williams, and received hands on training as soon as he was old enough to go onto a job site. Starting full time in 1977, Eric work in the home construction field for thirteen years. Susan Sullivan Williams received her mechanical engineering degree from Purdue university and has always been gifted in art and design. She works to select colors and finishes as well as design improvements and floor plan maximization. She loves to mix the modern conveniences with architectural reclaimed pieces but also likes to have a home that from curb appeal to interior finish is true to the homes' period and style.
