Kathy Scott has served the Beaumont and surrounding areas, in the property management industry since 1979. She started out being an onsite manager, working out of her apartment for a 32 units community and continued to advance, as manager, property manager and ultimately business owner of the successful real estate company, Sunrise Leasing and Management, INC. She became a licensed real estate agent in 1996 and offers services in sales, as well as property management.
