Surf Break Cafe

We're all about serving amazing (and serious) Italian espressos, coffees plus some of the absolute best breakfast and lunch selections you'll find in downtown Hilo, Hawaii. We started small and local. We are surfers and hungry ones at that. We simply wanted to create a place where we could eat and surf, surf and eat. Eat and surf and, well, you get the idea. Since then, we've come to love hanging out in downtown Hilo and we've created a place where friends and visitors will have a place to come and enjoy amazing, affordable, fresh, hand made breakfast, lunch and coffees as well as a place to settle in and hang out a bit in downtown, especially when it rains. We're now moving into a much bigger space with ocean views. We'll be just around the corner on Haili and Bayfront. 13 Haili Street. Our new location should be open by the end of September 2011.
