I love to offer my clients a space to relax, to breathe deeply and to become more aware of their bodies. I believe that awareness is the first step toward healing. My interests in Massage Therapy include deep tissue therapeutic massage, unwinding, injury rehabilitation, working with young athletes to help provide optimal care during their developmental years, and giving my clients space to have a break from the fast-paced world we live in.
