While working in construction, Roosevelt Swartz, Jr. started his currently family owned and operated business in 1974. Mr. Roosevelt Swartz built a strong foundation by starting off with couple of tractors and mowers doing right of way mowing along state highways that has grown into a very large and strong family owned buisness.
