I am a Hong Kong native, and have been an innovator with Asian cuisine in Cincinnati for over 25 years. I have opened and owned some of the most notable Chinese restaurants including: Pacific Moon, Lulu's Noodles, Shanghai Mama's and Suzie Wong's. I like to give my customers that extra edge of excitement with food. I go beyond the traditional Chinese American standards, and offer Asian fusain dining with top-notch ingredients.
