Jaime Flores opened the Tamale Hut Cafe (THC) in North Riverside, Illinois in 2006, and is incorporated in the state of Illinois. Future Tamale Hut Cafe restaurants will be corporate owned, and individual licensing agreements will be developed with business partners to penetrate select markets and locations. Though the current focus is Illinois and the Chicago area.
