We specialize in Myofascial Release Therapy and Medical Massage Therapy. We have been trained in a variety of Eastern and Western modalities and include aromatherapy, cupping and hot and cold applications as well. Modalities workshops and schooling include: (in no particular order) Neuromuscular Stretch Release Therapy NMSR, shiatsu, Thai massage, lomilomi, hot stones, trigger point release therapy ,origin and insertion therapy, polarity, reflexology, LaStone, Myofascial Release Therapy, Somato-emotional therapy, kinesiology, cupping, aromatherapy, poultice therapy, craniosacral therapy, prenatal therapy and more.
