Taste of Belgium started in May 2007 with one waffle iron and one person at the back of a produce store at Findlay Market. In 2008 TOB signed a lease at Findlay Market, we opened a second location in Columbus at the North Market in 2009 and a full Belgian Bistro in Over-the-rhine in 2011.
