Chef Tom Sribura folds his love of cooking into his Thai heritage and produces fast, delicious, Thai food at food truck prices. Tom attended Lahaina Intermediate and Maui High School. Worked at Mama's Fish house for more than twenty years, many years as Sous Chef. His mother hosted a Thai cooking show on Akaku TV in the 1990's and raised Tom on the best Thai food on Maui. He knows his stuff.
