Microblading, 3D brows, pigment placement Microblading is a form of cosmetic pigment placement under the skin. Microblading is also known as microstroking, feather brows, eye brow embroidery, 3D or 6D brows. It has been around for years and is a popular way to achieve semi-permanent symmetrical eyebrows. The procedure consists of pigment (color) being placed shallowly under the skin with a hand tool containing multiple flexible needles that graze over and under the skin.
