The Cassidy bar + kitchen is an American bar and restaurant located in the heart of Maplewood village. Born and raised in town, chef Tom Carlin has spent his entire life in the restaurant world, working alongside such renowned chefs as Jonathan Waxman, Tom Colicchio, Alfred Portale and Barry Wine. Since 2005, Carlin has been serving his signature food and beverage as chef/owner of Gladstone Tavern in Gladstone.
