The Corazon Cinema and Cafe is a local historic cinema dating back over 125 years in St. Augustine offering great freshly made food, epic films, and entertainment for all. The current commercial building was built in 1880 and housed many different businesses over the years. It is considered to be one of the oldest brick buildings in the city, located downtown in historical Lincolnville. One of the first occupants was Butterfield’s Garage. At one time there was a bicycle repair shop on the south side of the building. E.J. Wishard, mayor of St. Augustine from 1933 to 1934, had his plumbing offices here for a time. The Cinema plays both First-Run and Independent Films and holds Film Festivals throughout the year.
