We are Roanoke, Virginia's first and only artisan grilled cheese food truck! We will totally make you rethink the grilled cheese sandwich. We offer artisan grilled cheeses, soup, signature apps, desserts and more. We also make frequent trips to the local farmers market to pick up the freshest of the fresh ingredients. We purchased a 1980 short bus, completely gutted it and turned it into a fully contained mobile kitchen. We did a soft launch opening in October of 2015 and have been rolling ever since. We are dedicated to serving up the best specialty grilled cheeses in town. We also offer soups and other signature apps.
