The Fit In: Bed Stuy provides boutique fitness to those in and around Brooklyn's historic Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood. The Fit In's signature classes, Pilates and Strong, develops a framework for long, strong bodies that can handle current everyday tasks from carrying groceries or picking up toddlers, to preparing for high-intensity workouts or lifting heavy weights.Alongside our signature classes, our neighbors can enjoy workshops, pop-up classes, and events to further promote health & wellness in the community.
