The Flaming Buoy Filet Co. is one of Key West's most unique and special dining experiences.. We've created a highly original menu of dishes ranging from fresh, locally caught seafood to ribs imported from Denmark. Our menu includes vegetarian and vegan options that were praised in The New York Times. (One of the co-owners is vegetarian, but the other co-owner keeps trying to lure him back to the dark side one piece of bacon at a time.) USA Today lists The Flaming Buoy Filet Co. as their number one restaurant in Key West. Our parents seem to like it, too, for what that's worth.
