The Infinity Diner

The Skaliotis Family and staff would like to welcome you and yours to the Infinity Diner located in West Babylon, New York. Our wealth of restaurant experience originated in the coffee shops of Manhattan during the mid 1970’s. We have been serving the Suffolk Community for over 20 years beginning with our acquisition of the Blue Star Diner at our present location. The diner was renovated and renamed “Infinity” in 2005.
