The Lionel Holder Rehabilitation Clinic

We are a non-profit outpatient rehabilitation clinic providing one-on-one Physical Therapy services for all ages (Adults and pediatrics) specializing in Neurological and Orthopedic interventions. We also provide Pediatric Occupational and Speech Therapy. Our therapists have successfully treated patients of all ages suffering from a wide variety of Neurological and Orthopedic injuries. The Lionel Holder Rehabilitation Clinic is a Division of University of Medical Sciences Arizona. It is the recipient of the 2015 Patient Choice Award by Opencare. We are a non-profit outpatient rehabilitation clinic staffed with physical therapists and occupational therapists. We provide therapy services for both Adults and Pediatrics.
