The Pacific Kitchen

The Pacific Kitchen is a culmination of years of culinary experiences gained through extensive travel as refugees throughout the Pacific. Michael and Ming traveled as stow-aways on freighters and small fishing vessels, gathering family recipes from locals and indigenous elders along the way. Eventually, through much trial and tribulation, they finally arrived in the U.S., armed with wonderful recipes and secret family food combinations. They continued to hone their skills in restaurants from New York to L.A. Now, with much care and love, they present the products of their many years of study to you.
