Established in 2011. In nearly 8 years since opening, The Paramount quickly established itself as the premier venue on Long Island - the 20th largest media market in the U.S., with nearly 2.5 million households* (*Arbitron: Nassau / Suffolk MSA). Top artists who have taken the Paramount's stage include: Billy Joel, Ed Sheeran, Pitbull, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Steve Miller Band, Willie Nelson, B.B. King, ZZ Top, Weezer, Matchbox 20, Jewel, The Monkees, Steely Dan, John Fogerty, Slash, Limp Bizkit and many, many more Grammy-award winning entertainers. The Paramount Comedy Series has featured such names as: Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller, Jim Breuer, Whoopi Goldberg, Jon Lovitz, Joan Rivers and Rob Schneider...to name just a few. In partnership with STAR Boxing, The Paramount has hosted nationally televised live bouts on ESPN, Showtime's "SHO-BOX" and NBC Sports as well as regionally on MSG Network; and is the hometown venue for WBO Welterweight Champion - Chris Algieri, "The Pride of Huntington".
