Established in 2009. The Playground Gym was established in July 2009 by Michael King. a champion athlete & powerlifter. The Playground Gym is the premier and the original CrossFit facility of Broward County. Our facility is conveniently located off i95, just north of Broward Blvd. Our hybrid performance program specializes in strength, power, and endurance training.
