The Remedy

The Remedy was formed as the result of my passion for fitness. Fitness has been my go-to drug of choice for getting me through some extremely tough times. Once I realized the connection that I was able to make with my own physical and mental strength from pushing myself to constantly reach new goals- I wanted to be able to share that with others. I still work as a hairstylist (Remedy Salon, Inc.) as well, so this was the next logical extension of my beauty business. From that I bring you The Remedy P.T.
