The Shrimp Barn

At The Shrimp Barn we have grilled, sauteed and deep fried items. Our fresh fish and seafood selections are breaded in our kitchen. We have a light breading so you can enjoy the fresh taste of your meal. We use 100% sunflower oil. We have lobster tail and fish tacos. Don't like shrimp? That's okay! We offer honey stung chicken, linguini, mostaccioli, ravioli, salads and sandwiches too! We have a variety of sauces! We have kidney bean salad, tangy cole slaw and macaroni salad. Eli's cheesecake and fried banana is on our dessert list. We have wine tastings monthly. We sell local Illinois wine by glass or bottle. Not only are they great tasting, they also have some cool labels. You may find a new favorite! The wines will make perfect gifts for any occasion! We also sell Abita beer and local craft beer. We add vintage finds to our restaurant/store from consignors weekly. You can purchase painted/distressed furniture as well as home goods to spruce up your home! Lots of FREE parking
