The Spartan Gym started from the backyard of Pro MMA Fighter Yosmany "The Spartan" Cabezas. It was a very small backyard gym that quickly grew and moved to a larger location helping the Tampa Bay community change their sedentary lifestyle to a Healthy Active Lifestyle! Also build fighters from no MMA background to amateur to pro level!
