The Thirsty Merchant is an indoor/outdoor neighborhood bar and restaurant for the discerning food and beer crowd. We offer a varied menu of shared plates artisanal flatbreads, and a few freshly ground burgers to boot. We also will offer a huge selection of craft beers and hand crafted cocktails.
