Established in 1973. Originaly owned by the Shanke family Frank & Faye Ristucci purchased the Valley Inn in 1973. Frank's Fried Chicken and Italian Beef were so popular he started doing caterings. When the catering business began to outgrow the kitchen on 107th street he moved to Roberts Road and Valley Catering was born.
