We are a family-owned and family-operated restaurant. Chef Luke runs the kitchen. Rachael handles the front of the house. And if Mom and Dad aren’t on the floor, you can be sure they’re working behind the scenes to ensure every customer has a satisfying experience. We’re proud of our Italian heritage — we still have relatives in Norma, Italy, and try to visit as often as possible. That’s where Chef Luke learned Grandpop’s traditions, which include not only recipes and methods but respect for everything that the combination of food and family represents. We use only the highest-quality, locally sourced ingredients, and our weekly specials are centered on what’s fresh from the farm. Every item on our menu is handmade in our kitchen, including scratch-made pasta. Our wines are delicious and unique and we feature hand-crafted seasonal and traditional cocktails. We’re proud to continue operating this neighborhood gem, a casual fine-dining restaurant in Fountain Hill, Bethlehem.
