The Yoga Studio of Little Rock was founded in 1987 and has been a part of the downtown landscape since then. Following the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, our method of yoga emphasizes alignment and use of props. We are the only studio in Little Rock that offers Iyengar yoga classes taught by certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. Our instructors are committed to offering a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with personalized attention.
