You will be treated to lying on a comfortable heated table with the plushest Turkish cotton. I am trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, myofascial release, hydrotherapy and neuromuscular therapy and I am nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and licensed in both Massachusetts and Maine. I am also a certified Orthopedic massage therapist OMT. I specialize in providing exceptional client service, by creating a customized massage to each client based on two way communication that best addresses specific issues and tension patterns in your body, that will be both relaxing and therapeutic, as well as developing an individualized care plan to achieve and maintain wellness. My philosophy on healing is by listening to the body and paying attention to it, whatever our physical limitations are, massage and other therapies have the ability to improve our function and quality of life, moving toward a more pain-free and happier existence, ultimately creating positive change in the mind, body, and spirit.
