A very young 27-year-old Jim McMillan opens Tiffany’s Bakery in the newest regional mall, at that time, Columbia Mall in Columbia, South Carolina. Our humble beginning was 1,100 square feet with remarkable pastries and cakes that are still being served up to our loyal customers today.
