I traveled the world to take the sights, sounds, tastes and culture from as many places as possible to bring them to your table. I received a PhD in Flavor and Fragrance Chemistry, was named one of the Top 25 Food Entrepreneurs of the Last Quarter Century by Gourmet Magazine and dedicated my life to creating dining and drinking experiences that linger long after you leave. Why am I telling you all of this? Because what's on this menu and what surrounds you is the culmination of my life's work and I couldn't be more excited to share it with you.
