Tracey's at Roam Inn

Established in 2017. Tracey's was founded by business partners Tom Dolaskie and Darrin Hubbard as a tribute to a great friend and chef, Stephen Tracey. Executive Chef Jason Biega brought the restaurant to life on February 14th, 2017- delivering a very unique dining experience for the Munising area. Tracey's at Roam Inn is part of the Deployed Capital portfolio, operating multiple hospitality and food & beverage entities in Munising, MI.
