The interior of Trademark Taste + Grind was designed by the female-owned Dallago Associates. The approachable American Bistro is helmed by Executive Chef Adrienne Guttieri, whose menu is laced with family recipes passed down for generations. These Italian signatures are featured alongside lighter twists on affordable steakhouse classics for lunch, dinner, and brunch services.
