Inspired by Napa Valley's style of farm-to-table cuisine, Truffle Pig Executive Chef Ezra Duker integrates local and regional products throughout the menu that are perfectly complemented by a range of microbrews, organic wines and clever cocktails on the bar list. A gourmand through and through, Duker's experience at renowned restaurants in Oregon and Northern California bears great influence on his signature dishes in Steamboat, many of which have already emerged as local favorites since its debut this summer.
