Trust the Birth Doula Services

At Trust the Birth Doula Services I specializes in just that: assisting expectant mothers in trusting the birth experience. My official title is Birth Doula, however, I work with women and their partners throughout pregnancy to help them in every area to prepare for their unique birth experience. Over our several meetings we will talk about their specific expectations, circumstances, and traditions surrounding birth. We practice laboring positions, coping mechanisms, and talk through any fear or anxiety the couple may have that could affect the labor. I also make myself available to the couple as a walking phone book, able to give them specific resources according to their needs. During the birth I am anything the mother wishes me to be, a labor coach, partner,a massage therapist, a birth photographer, and a mediator between her and the healthcare professionals. Birth should be a beautiful and sensitive occasion, and my job is to do everything possible to give that day to the parents.
